Our inquiry form collects your name, email address, inquiry type and message. You may also provide a phone number, preferred event date and expected number of guests. Required details help us understand and answer your request. Please do not send payment-card information, passwords, identity documents or sensitive personal information through this form.
Responding to your request
With your consent, we use these details to answer your inquiry, clarify requirements, prepare a requested proposal and correspond with you about the same meeting, wedding or hotel service. Sending the form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or give consent for unrelated marketing. You can withdraw your consent for optional follow-up by contacting us. This does not affect processing that has already taken place or records we must keep for legal obligations.
Bookings and payments
Room availability and booking links may take you to our booking service. A separate booking process may require additional guest and payment information and display its own privacy information and booking terms. This inquiry form does not collect payments or complete a booking.

Hosting and security services may process connection information, including IP addresses, request timestamps and browser details, for delivery, troubleshooting and abuse prevention. A pseudonymous rate-limit record helps prevent repeated automated submissions.
The existing website also uses third-party resources and services, including Google-hosted fonts, Google Analytics code, Elfsight widgets and an Alaric booking widget. Inquiries are sent to our hotel team by email. Hosting, email, booking and other technical providers may process information needed to deliver their services. Information may also be shared where required by law or to prevent fraud and protect legal rights. We do not sell information submitted through the inquiry form. We discuss any additional information needed for event suppliers as part of planning your event.
Retention and international processing
We keep inquiry correspondence while handling and following up on your request, and where reasonably needed for business records, disputes or legal obligations. Contact us if an inquiry is no longer needed. Our providers may process information outside Indonesia. The form itself does not create a public record of your message.
